<h1>Terms and Conditions</h1>
<p>NO PURCHASE OR WAGER OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR WAGER OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED AND THE PARTICIPANTS’ ABILITY TO CORRECTLY PREDICT GAME RESULTS AS DESCRIBED IN THE “WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE” SECTION BELOW.</p>

<h2>1. Identification of Sponsor</h2>
<p>This series of Oddschecker (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored Oddschecker (“Sponsor”), at The Aircraft Factory, 100 Cambridge Grove, London, W6 0LE. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.</p>
<h2>2. Promotion Period</h2>
<p>The start and end dates of each Sweepstakes in this series are set forth on the Sweepstakes Homepage (defined below). Such start and end dates, which constitute the “Sweepstakes Period” of each Sweepstakes, are expressly incorporated into these Official Rules.</p>
<h2>3. Eligibility</h2>
<p>To be eligible to enter these Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the United States, be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry, and have a valid email address at the time of entry.</p>
<p>Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of such employee’s, officer’s, and director’s immediate family members are not eligible to enter these Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of these Sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouses, partners, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and individuals living in the same residence for at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.</p>
<p>VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering these Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant to CLIENT that you meet these criteria. You further represent and warrant that your participation in or attempted participation in these Sweepstakes does not violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation that governs your entry into these Sweepstakes.</p>
<p>Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in these Sweepstakes for any reason, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to participate in any previous sweepstakes in good faith. By participating in these Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and Sponsor’s interpretation of and decisions under these Official Rules, which will be final and binding in all respects.</p>
<h2>4. How to Enter</h2>
<p>To access the Sweepstakes, go to <a href="https://games.oddschecker.com/">https://games.oddschecker.com/</a> (the “Sweepstakes Homepage”). The Sweepstakes Homepage will display a series of game and wager lineups. Each game and wager lineup constitutes its own Sweepstakes and has its own Sweepstakes Period and prize. To submit your entry (“Entry”) into a particular Sweepstakes, provide your predictions of the winners of each of the games in the lineup, confirm you have read and agreed to these Official Rules and that you are 21 years or older, and provide a valid email address (“Sweepstakes Email Address”).</p>
<p>NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Entries are not real money wagers. Monetary prizes will only be awarded as set forth in Sections 5 and 7 of these Official Rules.</p>
<p>Once the Sweepstakes Period for a particular Sweepstakes is over, you will no longer be able to enter that Sweepstakes. An Entry is deemed “received” when Sponsor’s servers record the Entry information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for these Sweepstakes.</p>
<p>Only one Entry per eligible Sweepstakes participant (“Participant”) per Sweepstakes is permitted. Participants entering or attempting to enter a particular Sweepstakes more than once during the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. To avoid all doubt, Participants are permitted to use only one Sweepstakes Email Address and the use of multiple Sweepstakes Email Addresses will be void.</p>
<p>Sponsor may run multiple campaigns, contests, or other sweepstakes (collectively, “Alternative Sweepstakes”) simultaneously. Participation in one campaign, contest, or sweepstakes does not constitute participation in and does not prohibit participation in any Alternative Sweepstakes.</p>
<p>Mass Entries generated by a script, computer program, macro, robot, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits or that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including requirements regarding age and residence) are void.</p>
<p>In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the Sweepstakes Email Address used to submit the Entry. (Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.) Participants who win the Sweepstakes (“Winners”) may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry shall be deemed ineligible.</p>
<p>Entries made in any manner not specifically allowed under these Official Rules will not be entered into the Sweepstakes.</p>
<h2>5. Winner Selection and Prize</h2>
<p>For Perfect Score Contest types, a prize will be awarded for a perfect score, meaning Entrant will answer every question correctly. There will be one (1) prize pool awarded on each Contest which has at least one (1) perfect score entry. In the event a Contest has two (2) or more entries having a perfect score, the Contest tie-breaker answer will be used to break any ties. Tie-breaker answers will be the Entrant’s answer closest to the actual result. In the event that after the Tie-breaker a tie still exists between one or more contestants, the prize pool will be split equitably among the tied contestants at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.</p>
<p>For Leaderboard Contests, a prize will be awarded to the qualifying contestants as described in the prize table. Tie-breakers may apply to a single-day or multi-day contest.</p>
<p>The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received and the Participants’ ability to correctly identify Winning Picks.</p>
<p>If a Winner cannot be contacted, or if a Winner is ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, fails to timely claim the Prize, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the Prize will be forfeited. Each Winner may also elect to forfeit or decline the Prize. If the Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or declined, then, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, it may be awarded to the Participant(s) with the second greatest number of Winning Picks (“Alternate Winner(s)”).</p>
<p>In the event of a game postponement or cancellation, affected contests will be cancelled, and affected players will be notified to participate in the next available contest.</p>
<h2>6. Winner Notification</h2>
<p>Within five (5) business days of Sponsor determining the Winner(s) of any particular Sweepstakes, such Winner(s) will be notified that she or he is a Winner, via email to the Sweepstakes Email Address used to submit the winning Entry (“Winner Notification”). Winner Notification is deemed to occur immediately upon Sponsor’s sending of said email.</p>
<p>Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, or incomplete contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in the Winner’s email account to receive email messages. Sponsor is also not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.</p>
<h2>7. Redemption of Prize</h2>
<p>The Prize will be paid to the address provided by the Winner in response to the Winner Notification within 60 days of Sponsor receiving said response from the Winner.</p>
<p>The Prize is not transferable, and ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE.</p>
<p>The name(s) of the Winner(s) will be placed on a Winner’s List maintained by Sponsor within 60 days, which can be requested by contacting the Sponsor directly.</p>
<h2>8. Release and Indemnity</h2>
<p>By participating or attempting to participate in these Sweepstakes, even if ineligible, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and all related individuals and entities (collectively, the “Released Entities”), including directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from any and all liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages (including punitive, incidental, consequential, and special damages and lost profits), claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to these Sweepstakes in any way, including, but not limited to, (1) Participants’ participation in these Sweepstakes; (2) any errors in evaluating the eligibility of Participants or attempted Participants; (3) any acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse or use of the Prize; (4) any typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or Prize; (5) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor; (6) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes Homepage; (7) any damage to Participants’ (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of these Sweepstakes; (8) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Entities.</p>
<h2>9. Publicity Release</h2>
<p>As a condition for entering these Sweepstakes, each Participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver her or his name, address, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering these Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Any information Participants provide to Sponsor may also be used to communicate with such Participants regarding these Sweepstakes or subjects unrelated to these Sweepstakes or may also be used for purposes of creating a Sweepstakes winner’s list.</p>
<p>Subject to applicable law, Winners irrevocably grant Sponsor and each of its licensees, successors, assigns, and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness, and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional, and/or publicity purposes in connection with these Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and in connection with related products, services, advertising, and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice, or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize.</p>
<h2>10. Declaration of Eligibility</h2>
<p>Unless prohibited by law, each Winner will be required to sign and return, within the time period specified at Winner Notification, a Winner Declaration of Eligibility, liability release, and publicity grant (“Declaration”) in a form acceptable to CLIENT, which will include consent to the use of the Winner’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.</p>
<p>If a Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Declaration within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Winner Notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable to such Winner, such Winner may be disqualified and an Alternate Winner may be selected.</p>
<h2>11. Governing Law</h2>
<p>By participating in these Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and by the decisions of CLIENT, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any disputes, issues, or questions concerning or relating in any way to these Sweepstakes or any Prize, including, but not limited to, (1) the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or (2) the rights and obligations of Participants or Sponsor, shall be submitted to the federal, state, and local courts located in New Jersey, and resolved under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Moreover, Participants explicitly agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.</p>
<h2>12. Tampering with Contest</h2>
<p>Participants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of these Sweepstakes, or those who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat these Sweepstakes, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the Participant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Alternative Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE SWEEPSTAKES HOMEPAGE) OR APPLICATION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or refuse to award a Prize to) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.</p>
<h2>13. Suspension / Modification / Termination</h2>
<p>Oddschecker reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify these Sweepstakes without notice.</p>
<h2>14. Miscellaneous</h2>
<p>In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Declaration is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.</p>
<p>Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.</p>
<p>In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on the Sweepstakes Homepage and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.</p>
