Juan Soto Next Team Odds: Yankees Given a 40% Chance to Land Soto

After the 2018 season, the Washington Nationals lost their superstar, Bryce Harper to free agency. They would win the World Series the following year but now just a few years later find themselves in a pinch as Juan Soto, their current star, rejected a $440 million contract extension.

The Nationals will likely look to shop Juan Soto at the upcoming trade deadline. Where will he end up? Here's what the current Juan Soto Next Team odds have to say.

Yankees +150 (Bet $100 to win $150)

The New York Yankees are the favorites according to the Juan Soto Next Team odds. The Yanks have a difficult contract decision to make with Aaron Judge who is having an MVP season. If they elect to go on the younger side, Soto is just 23 years old. So far this year Juan Soto has aan .896 OPS and 19 home runs to his name.

The Yankees could use a lefty power bat (not named Joey Gallo) and the thought of Soto spending the next decade or more in that stadium with the short porch in right field is frightening.

Dodgers +250 (Bet $100 to win $250)

The Dodgers traded for and extended Mookie Betts just a couple of years ago. Will they do it again with Juan Soto here? The Dodgers are never afraid of making the big splash as they just brought in Freddie Freeman this past offseason.

The Dodgers though could use help in their outfield as the Cody Bellinger regression doesn't look like a fluke. The Dodgers still have a top five prospect pool on their hands and an owner who is willing to do whatever it takes. The stars always come out in Los Angeles and Juan Soto very well could be the next one headed there.
