James Harden is having a historic season and unsurprisingly records are falling along the way. This time 'The Beard' has broken the record that Kobe Bryant set in 2003. On Monday night Harden smashed 57 points against the Grizzlies to reach 17 consecutive games where he has scored 30+ points.
We've always known that James Harden was one of the best players in the NBA but the way that he's taken the Rockets on his shoulders this season, after Chris Paul's injury and the Carmelo Anthony debacle, is sensational. He's having an MVP calibre season and is the front-runner for the award with the bookies pricing him at +135.
Regular Season MVP Odds 18-19:
James Harden +135
Giannis Antetokonmpo +195
LeBron James +850
Kawhi Leonard +950
Stephen Curry +1100
Anthony Davis +1400
Joel Embiid +1600
