Trade Alert: Tobias Harris to Philly

The countdown to the NBA trade deadline has been crazy and ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski just reported a huge moved which has made it even crazier. The 76ers have gone all out and added a forth star to their core of Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and Jimmy Butler, add in JJ Reddick and they now have one of the best starting teams in the league.
The Sixers aquired Tobias Harris, fellow forward Mike Scott and the cult hero Boban Marjanovic in exchange for Wilson Chandler, Mike Muscala, Landry Shamet in additon to the 76ers 2020-first, the Heat's unprotected 2012-first and two second rounders.
Harris is a great shooter and should mesh well with the Sixers' current stars, one concern is the depth on the bench, which looks short on both quality and ahtletisicm.Â
The deal feels like something of an over-pay but it's worked well for the Clippers who now have ton of picks and cap space to play with during the off-season. It also pushes the 76ers into being arguably the most talented team in the Eastern Conference and they will expect to be able to go further than last year.
The 76ers are now third favorite to win the Eastern Conference at +350, ahead of the Bucks at +390 but marginally longer odds than the Raptors and Celtics at +180 and +240 respectively. Strangely the Bucks remain ahead of the Sixers in the NBA Championship market at +1400 to the Philly's +1600. The Warriors are heavy favorites at -195.
