Wizards vs. Sixers Odds & Game 1 Review

The Sixers showed domination over the eight-seeded Wizards on Sunday, winning by 7 points. Philly was carried by their stars, Tobias Harris (37 points), Joel Embiid (30 points), and Ben Simmons (15 rebounds and assists). Even more impressive, the Sixers strong defensive lineup took care of Washington’s stars, Russell Westbrook (16 points) and Bradley Beal (33 points). Beal is not 100% going into Game 2, having suffered a hamstring injury at the end of the regular season that has not fully healed.

Several Wizards players on their roster are inexperienced, having played in the playoffs for the first time on Sunday. Look for Philly to continue to exploit the clear mismatch between Embiid and Robin Lopez / Alex Len / Daniel Gafford.

Game 2 of the Sixers vs. Wizards series is on Wednesday May 26th at 7pm EST, on NBA TV.

The current odds on the Sixers winning Game 2 is -400 with FOX Bet Sportsbook.
