Atlanta Hawks vs. Milwaukee Bucks Game 3 Odds: How To Bet, How To Watch & Start Time

Atlanta Hawks vs Milwaukee Bucks Odds For Game 3
Where do we go from here? Two games into this series and I think I’m more lost than I was before we had gotten underway.
In Game 1, it was the Trae Young Show. Young exploded for 48 points and completely took the Bucks by storm on their way to a 116-113 win. But, Game 2 was a much different story. The Bucks put the clamps on Young as he scored 15 points on 6-of-16 shooting and Milwaukee won, 125-91.
The difference for the Hawks through two games of this series and their entire seven-game series against the No. 1 Sixers seems to be their supporting cast. Last round, if Trae Young wasn’t scoring then it was Kevin Huerter or Danilo Gallinari or John Collins stepping up. So far in this one, the Hawks have lived and died by Trae Young.
Young is a great Young player, but he’s not as consistent as someone like Steph Curry. He has bad games and if the Hawks’ supporting cast can’t answer when he does, it’s going to be a short series.
But, we’re heading back to Atlanta for Game 3…

Atlanta Hawks Preview
Part of me thinks that going into Atlanta tied 1-1 is about the best situation the Hawks could hope for following the first two games of the series. But another part of me thinks that Game 2’s performance could be a startling sign of things to come.
Trae Young is a volume scorer. He’s not efficient and most likely will never be. It’s not a knock on him, it’s just the reality. He shot 39.6% from the field and 32.8% from three-point range in the series against Philadelphia. He’s going to absolutely light up the stat sheet some games, but you’re also going to get games like Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Young went 5-23 in Game 7 against the 76ers, a game they won because of how well they defended and how well their supporting cast played. The difference is Milwaukee seems better equipped to defend those secondary scorers.
Bogdanovic, Huerter, Collins and Gallinari are the keys to this series, not Trae Young. If the supporting cast plays well the Hawks will continue to shock the world.
Milwaukee Bucks Preview
It has to be encouraging as a Bucks fan, following that brutal Game 1 loss, to see your team respond the way it did in Game 2. It was a team effort. Giannis Antetokounmpo didn’t stand on his head. Khris Middleton didn’t have an unbelievable showing. They just played solid defense and efficient offense.
It’s awesome to see one of the NBA’s most underrated players, Jrue Holliday, play deep into the playoffs against a player like Trae Young and excel both offensively and defensively. The Bucks are a much more talented team than Atlanta. They have solid role players surrounding one of the best players in the world. The issue is with their shallow bench, but Atlanta doesn’t have the type of team that will make them stretch deep.
Milwaukee in five or maybe six seems right here.
