2022 NBA Free Agency: Ranking Top 10 Free Agents at Every Position

2022 NBA Free Agency: Ranking Top 10 Free Agents at Every Position
It's Thursday, June 30! This means that the NBA Free Agency is slated to begin at 6 pm ET! Therefore, I've compiled a list of the top 10 free agents at every position.
Top 10 Free Agent Point Guards
1. Jalen Brunson
2. Collin Sexton
3. John Wall
4. Dennis Schroder
5. Patrick Mills
6. Ricky Rubio
7. Rajon Rondo
8. Tyus Jones
9. Delon Wright
10. Gary Payton II
The Knicks are ready to give Jalen Brunson $100 million to be the true point guard for New York. He's going to get a bag and has so much potential. Meanwhile, John Wall is already slated to go to Los Angeles to play with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George as a Clipper guard.
This list has some very young talent between Tyus Jones, Delon Wright, and Gary Payton II and has some veteran talent between Patty Mills, Ricky Rubio, and Rajon Rondo. Contending teams will be looking for those veterans while developing teams will look to bring in the younger talent.
Top 10 Free Agent Shooting Guards
1. James Harden
2. Zach LaVine
3. Bradley Beal
4. Victor Oladipo
5. Anfernee Simons
6. Lonnie Walker IV
7. Bruce Brown Jr.
8. Donte DiVincenzo
9. Louis Williams
10. Gary Payton II
I still going to believe James Harden stays with Philadelphia and Zach LaVine sticks it out with Chicago. I even think Bradley Beal could end up staying in Washington. Victor Oladipo proved he's still worth it after helping lead Miami into the Eastern Conference Finals. A team looking to add young talent will look at Anfernee Simons and Gary Payton II.

Top 10 Free Agent Small Forwards
1. Miles Bridges
2. T.J. Warren
3. Kyle Anderson
4. Joe Ingles
5. Otto Porter Jr.
6. Derrick Jones Jr.
7. Nicolas Batum
8. Jae'Sean Tate
9. Josh Okogie
10. Jake Layman
The talent gap is pretty clear at small forward. Miles Bridges is the clear-cut best player on this list. He'll likely stick around in Charlotte. It'll be interesting to see where T.J. Warren ends up. Will organizations still look at the scoring potential that he displayed with Indiana for a little bit?
Kyle Anderson could also bring in a solid bag of change and can play multiple positions. If any team is looking for a shooter, Joe Ingles and Otto Porter Jr. are also terrific options.
Top 10 Free Agent Power Forwards
1. Kevon Looney
2. Bobby Portis
3. Marvin Bagley III
4. P.J. Tucker
5. Montrezl Harrell
6. Thaddeus Young
7. Taurean Prince
8. Nicolas Claxton
9. Carmelo Anthony
10. Chris Boucher
Kevon Looney can make a whole lot more money if he leaves Golden State. But would he fit well with another team? That's the question. Meanwhile, you'd like to think Bobby Portis stays in Milwaukee. We also can't forget that Marvin Bagley is just 23 years old. He's still got a whole lot of potential and could be worth it for many teams if the Pistons don't hold onto him. Then there's P.J. Tucker who will likely head over to Philadelphia and try to win another ring there.
Top 10 Free Agent Centers
1. DeAndre Ayton
2. Jusuf Nurkic
3. Serge Ibaka
4. Mitchell Robinson
5. Mo Bamba
6. Thomas Bryant
7. Andre Drummond
8. Isaiah Hartenstein
9. JaVale McGee
10. Dwight Howard
DeAndre Ayton would look weird in any other jersey if it's not Phoenix. I'm sure Jusuf Nurkic will still be with Portland while Mitchell Robinson will reportedly sign an extension with the Knicks.
Serge Ibaka could be a massive piece to a contending team with everything he brings to the table. And there's also some young talent between Thomas Bryant, Mo Bamba, and Isaiah Hartenstein. Contenders will be looking at all those veterans between Andre Drummond, JaVale McGee, and Dwight Howard.
