Welcome to FanDuel NBA Playoff Daily Pick Pick’Em (the “Promotion”) where participants who submit the most correct answers to the “Pick’Em” contest questions relating to an Eligible Game (as defined herein) on each Promotion Day (as defined herein) will win a share of the Payout (as defined herein).

The Promotion is sponsored by FanDuel, Inc. (“FanDuel”) and Betfair Interactive US LLC (“BIU” and collectively with FanDuel, the “Sponsor”) who may be contacted by email at support@fanduel.com, or by mail at 300 Park Avenue South, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10010. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Payout is issued upon satisfaction of the Official Rules set forth in this Promotion. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Official Rules”. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 9:00 am ET on April 23rd, 2024, and ends at 8:00 pm ET on May 20th, 2024 (each a “Promotion Day” and collectively, the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who enter with a Sportsbook Account (as defined herein) who are at least 21 years of age (18+ in D.C.) and are physically present in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Louisiana (excluding the following parishes: Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Jackson, LaSalle, Sabine, Union, West Carroll and Winn), Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is also open to individuals who enter with a DFS Account (as defined herein) who are at least 18 years of age or older, 19 or older if in Alabama, and 21 or older if in Massachusetts, Arizona, Louisiana, or Iowa who comply with FanDuel’s terms of use for free entry contests. If your social security number is associated with another Sportsbook Account or DFS Account database, you may only earn one Payout in respect of all such Sportsbook or DFS Accounts under this Promotion. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, their parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Payout. Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Payout.

4. Action Required

Prior to the start of the first Eligible Game on each Promotion Day (“Lock Time”), log in to your DFS Account or Sportsbook Account, select the “Pick’Em” Contest (found in the ‘Free to Play’ section) and submit your answers to all of the contest questions (each an "Answer” and collectively, the “Answer Submission”). Limit one (1) Answer Submission per user per Promotion Day. Any Answer Submission submitted after already submitting an Answer Submission for the same Promotion Day or after the contest Lock Time will not qualify as an eligible Answer Submission. No purchase or deposit is necessary in order to submit an Answer Submission. 5. Claiming Promotion Offer

A total payout of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) in either site credit available for use only on FanDuel Daily Fantasy Sports (“DFS Site Credit”) or site credit available for use only on the FanDuel Sportsbook (“Sportsbook Site Credit”) will be awarded with respect to each Promotion Day (“Payout”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Answer Submissions entered. Users will earn points for each question that they answer correctly on each Promotion Day. User(s) with the most correct Answers will climb the leaderboard and win or split the Payout. In the event of a tie between two or more users for the Payout, the tied users will split the value of the Payout. There is a limit of one (1) share of the Payout per user per Promotion Day. Sponsor reserves the right to increase the Payout amount at its sole discretion during the Promotion Period. The Payout will be credited to the account you used for entry into the Promotion (either to your Sportsbook Account in Sportsbook Site Credit or to your DFS Account in DFS Site Credit) within seventy-two (72) hours of the completion of each Promotion Day. Payout recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Payout received, regardless of whether the Payout, in whole or in part, is used. The Payout value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
