March Madness Odds: Checking the Odds After Baylor's Upset Loss

Well, it only took until the second round but the Baylor Bears are the first number one seed to get bounced. UNC jumped out to a 25 point lead, and somehow, Baylor stormed back to force overtime. All the momentum was on Baylor's side but in overtime, they were outscored 13-6 in their 93-86 loss.

Since Baylor is heading home, let's take an updated look at the odds to take home the championship:

Gonzaga +250 (Bet $100 to win $250)

Gonzaga is a heavy favorite to go on and win the entire tournament. After a 21 point win over Georgia State, Gonzaga will play Memphis tonight as a 10.5 point favorite. Memphis took out Boise State in the first round and are winners of eight straight. They're hot but will they have enough to knock out the heavy favorites?

Arizona +500 (Bet $100 to win $500)

Another one seed still in the mix is Arizona who is taking on TCU tomorrow. Similarly to Gonzaga, Arizona is also a heavy favorite as the spread in that game is 10. TCU is a solid nine seed though, as they beat Texas right before the start of the NCAA tournament earlier this month.

Kansas +600 (Bet $100 to win $600)

Kansas is taking on Creighton in just a few minutes. Kansas heads into this one on a six game winning streak but Creighton is a good basketball team so it will be a tough task. In the regular season, Creighton went 23-11 finishing fourth in the Big East. With wins over Providence and UConn they've proved that they can hang with some of college basketball's best teams.
