When looking to pick the March Madness winner, it's important to look at how balanced a team is.

You're looking for a team that is extremely efficient on offense and also efficient on the defensive end.

Things can change over the next couple of weeks and into the conference tournaments. But for now, the three teams that have played very well on both ends of the court statistically, with a top 20 offensive and defensive efficiency, include Houston (+650), Kansas (+950), and Purdue (+1000).
