Boxing Odds: Anthony Joshua Set To Fight Tyson Fury
It looks like we're soon going to see British Heavyweights Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury meet in a fight which has been anticipated for half a decade.
Joshua's manager Eddie Hearn has claimed that a two-fight series will take place between Joshua, who holds the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO tiles, and Fury who holds the WBC title.
Tyson Fury is heavy betting favorite for the fight at -200, with Joshua available at +175, the longest odds of his career.
Interestingly AJ has recieved the majority of bets during the past 24 hours, with 71% of bets going on the Londoner. It's the 'People's Champion' Tyson Fury who has been most backed since the market opened taking 61% of bets, compared with just 36% for AJ, and 3% for the draw.
It's been a dream fight for a number of years, which at times looked unlikely to happen, especially through Fury's struggles with his personal demons, and AJ's loss to Andy Ruiz. It had been rumored just this week that Fury was set to fight on Christmas Day in the third part of his trilogy with Deontay Wilder.
