Stephen Fulton (20-0-0, 8 KOs)
The current WBC and WBO super bantamweight champion, at just 27 years of age Fulton has established himself as one of the best young boxers in the sport. Having knocked off eight undefeated fighters in his past 14 dights, Fulton Jr. is one of the most technically sound fighters the division has ever seen.
Led by head coach Wahid Rahm, Fulton claimed his first title in 2019 (IBO super bantamweight) and has been on a tear ever since. The last time we saw him in the ring was against a fellow killer in Brandon Figueroa, a 12-round majority decision win in November. Despite being the heavy favorite in this fight, he will likely get his toughest test to date in the skilled veteran that is Daniel Roman.

Daniel Roman (29-3-1, 10 KOs)
Despite the long odds, the 31-year-old Roman will pose a significant challenge to Fulton, as the former champion is on a revenge tour for one last run in his impressive career. A former WBA (Unified) and IBF super-bantamweight champion himself, Roman lost to Murodjon Akhmadaliev via split decision in January 2020 for just the third loss of his career.
Since then Roman has won two straight, both by unanimous decision, as he steps back into the ring Saturday looking to grab two new belts in the WBC and WBO super bantamweight titles. A quiet but highly skilled and technical fighter, Roman will need a hot start vs. the champ if he wants to pull off the unthinkable and win this fight as a massive underdog.
