Thiago Moises (15-6-0)

Fighting out of the dominant American Top Team, Moises is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and at 27 years of age, needs to start turning in wins if he wants to remain in the UFC; coming into this fight off two straight losses. First losing to the #4 contender in the lightweight division Islam Makhachev, last summer, Moises lost to Joel Alvarez in the first round (TKO) back in November.

Coming into this fight, Moises will look to take advantage of the edge he is on the ground, with a 1.14 submission average (vs. .45) per 15 minutes inside the octagon. He trails just slightly in striking volume at 2.52 (vs. 2.88) significant strikes landed per minute.

Christos Giagos (19-9-0)

The last time we saw Giagos inside the octagon he lost to this card's main event fighter in Tsarukyan via TKO in the very first round. Joining the UFC in 2018, Giagos will enter the octagon Saturday with a 4-3 record with the company, in desperate need of a statement win.

As far as his fight metrics go, Giagos holds takedown edges on average per 15 minutes (3.31 vs. 1), as well as accuracy (50% vs. 43%). He also holds a slight height and reach advantage, as he’ll look to take advantage with his jab throughout.
