One of the most feel-good stories in the UFC competes tomorrow afternoon in the form of Dustin Jacoby. The Colorado-native rides a seven fight unbeaten streak into tomorrow's showdown, but it wasn't always a feel-good run for Jacoby in the UFC as "The Hanyak" was released from the promotion in 2012 before returning for an opportunity on Dana White's Contender Series in 2020, where he earned another chance to compete under the MMA leader's umbrella. Since making his return to the promotion, Jacoby has been white-hot, winning six straight contests (not counting the DWCS appearance), most recently taking a unanimous decision over Michal Oleksiejczuk at UFC 272.
Da Un Jung (15-2-1)
Standing across from Jacoby, tomorrow afternoon will be South Korea's own, Da Un-Jung. The 28-year old standout lost two of his first three professional bouts but has since ran the table, and is currently sitting on a 14-fight win streak, which includes four-straight to begin his UFC career, after defeating the likes of Khadis Ibragimov, Mike Rodriguez, William Knight, and most recently, Kennedy Nzechukwu, last November.
