Vicente Luque (21-8-1)
Perennial welterweight contender Vicente Luque looks to rebound following his first loss in three years when he makes the walk to the UFC octagon at UFC Vegas 59.
Luque, 30, was on the wrong end of a unanimous decision against top contender, Belal Muhammad, this past April, marking Luque's first loss since dropping a decision against Stephen Thompson at UFC 244 in November 2019. Luque has one of the more impressive resumés at 170-pounds as the Brazilian contender holds wins over the likes of the aforementioned Muhammad as well as Jalin Turner, Niko Price, Randy Brown, Tyron Woodley, and Michael Chiesa.

Standing across from Luque at UFC Vegas 59 will be Texas' own, Geoff Neal.
The 31-year-old contender got back on track at UFC 269 when he defeated Santiago Ponzinibbio following back-to-back losses to Stephen Thompson and Neil Magny. Before the back-to-back losses, Neal was on a seven-fight win streak, including wins over the previously mentioned Belal Muhammad and Niko Price in addition to Mike Perry.
