Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury Betting Preview
While it's uncertain just how good this fight will be, we should expect one of the best entertainment fights of the year. These two have been going at it for over a year now and that always leads to an exciting contest. It's not going to be easy for either one to come away with a win as both fighters have shown that they do have an above-average skill set in boxing.
Jake Paul has performed well throughout his first six fights, winning all six of those and knocking out four of his opponents. The recently turned 26-year-old has turned into a serious competitor in the ring and has even taken down former UFC Champions.
There have been concerns about if Jake Paul is going to be able to keep up with Tommy Fury because some of the other fighters that he's gone against have been a bit older.
Either way, the determination for Paul is certainly impressive as he continues to try to better himself in the ring.
The big win for Jake Paul up until this point was against Anderson Silva. Sure, beating guys like Nate Robinson is fun and all, but we could probably beat Robinson.
Silva was one of the best UFC fighters of his time and deserves all the credit in the world for what he was able to do in his own career. However, Jake Paul proved that he could beat a high-level opponent when he did take down Silva.
That's the one thing to watch out for during this fight.
Tommy Fury is also undefeated in his short boxing career, but he hasn't necessarily beaten anybody all too impressive. He's mostly gone up against below-average boxers and that's not all too impressive. Fury had to make it seem like he was beating impressive boxers during the press conference and wanted to say a ton to Jake Paul, but it's not exactly like this guy has beaten Muhammad Ali.
Jake Paul is the much heavier hitter here and has weight on Fury. If he can come out and use that weight and punching ability, he should be able to come away with the win in this one. Fury is going to have to use his speed here if he wants to get a win. Still, a few blows, and Fury will be in a terrible position.
The quality of opponents is a completely different ballpark when looking at these two. Fury has beaten guys that have no business being in the ring.

Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury Fight Prediction and Best Bet
Pick: Jake Paul ML
Quite honestly, I believe that all of the trash-talking that Tommy Fury has done will come back to bite him here. Fury hasn't been the same type of boxer that Paul has been throughout his short career, so I expect Paul to win this fight outright.
We also have to remember that the odds saw Paul at -200 when they first came out. The oddsmakers thought that he was going to win this fight early on and that hasn't really necessarily changed up until this point given the -180 odds.
As I've mentioned, the biggest thing I'm looking for here in this bet is that Jake Paul has gone up against much tougher competition throughout his career.
He's also extremely confident as he told Fury that he will bet his purse against him. Fury has been cocky, but once Jake Paul brought that up, he was a bit standoffish. It didn't seem like he wanted any business going all in here, so I do think that he's worried that he's not going to win this fight.
Pick: Jake Paul by KO/TKO/DQ
Due to how much bigger Jake Paul is than Tommy Fury, I have to hop on him here to knock Fury out.
Paul has knocked four of his six opponents out thus far and I wouldn't be surprised to see him do so once again. Considering that we can get this at over +200 odds, it feels too good to pass up.
I think that Jake Paul wins this fight somewhat easily and if that's the case, we should see a knockout here. He's much stronger and a few good hits landed should have Fury in a position to be KOd.
