5 Most Popular Bets and Prop Bets for MNF: Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals
Week 14's Monday Night Football matchup is an extremely important one when it comes to the NFC West and the entire NFC playoff picture.
The Arizona Cardinals lead the NFC West with a 10-2 record. The Cardinals are also in first place in the NFC, making them in line for a first-round bye in the playoffs. But, a loss tonight to the 8-4 Rams brings LA to within a game of the Cardinals in the division and ties Arizona with Green Bay and Tampa Bay in conference standings.
Which such a massive game ahead of us, it's important to check out how people are betting this game and what that means. So, let's take a look at the five most popular bets and player prop bets for Rams vs. Cardinals on Monday Night Football.

Cardinals -2.5
A little surprising to see this many people running to back the favorite in a hard-fought division rivalry game, but the numbers are overwhelmingly in Arizona's favor. I suppose it makes sense because Arizona has been clearly the best team in the NFL this season, especially with Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins in the lineup, but I tend to want to take the points in these kinds of matchup. Either way, 78% of all bets and 74% of the money is on Arizona to cover the 2.5 points.

Cardinals -2.5 | 74% | 78% |
Over 51.5
This one makes a lot more sense to me as both these teams score a ton of points. Arizona is third in the league with 28.6 points per game scored. Meanwhile, LA scores 28 per game, good for fifth in the NFL. The Reams have also gone over in 54.6% of their games this season, which is the third-highest mark in the league. So, bettors backing points in Monday Night Football with high stakes on the line seems to be a reasonable play. It's important to note that while 57% of bets are on the over, only 49% of the money is following

Over 51.5 | 49% | 57% |
James Conner To Score 1st Touchdown (+650)
This one makes all the sense in the world. Conner has rushed for 12 TDs this season, good for second in the NFL. He didn't reach the endzone last week, but prior to that, he had done so in five straight games. He has scored two touchdowns in four different games this season. Getting him at +650 is amazing value. If Arizona gets the ball first, the chances are that Conner will be seeing a heavy workload and potentially finding the endzone first.
James Conner Anytime TD (-125)
Everything I said above is still true for this bet. At -125, I don't love the odds. But, it's pretty much a lock that Conner scores a touchdown tonight. As I mentioned earlier, Conner didn't score last week. He's only failed to score three times this year. Twice, he followed those weeks up by scoring a touchdown in his team's next game. Conner to score tonight is a great play, even at these short odds.
DeAndre Hopkins To Score And Cardinals Win (+175)
Speaking of backing Cardinals players to score, why not back their No. 1 receiver to score and for the best team in the NFL to win outright? Hopkins has only played in nine games this season and still has eight TD catches. Last week, in his first game back since October, Hopkins only caught two passes, but one of them happened to be a score. If you think the Cardinals are going to win, this bet makes a ton of sense.
