Nathaniel Hackett (+300)

With stops in Buffalo, Jacksonville, and now Green Bay, Nathaniel Hackett is an offensive coordinator with eight years of experience. He's had a top 10 offense three times in his career and he's had the most success with Green Bay over the last three helping revive Aaron Rodgers to dominant form. The thought is that Hackett would be able to groom the next quarterback of the Broncos. Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater aren't the answer, if they go QB early in the draft Hackett would likely have his pick of the litter to mold into the quarterback he sees as the best fit for this team.

Brian Callahan (+500)

For the past three years, Brian Callahan has been the offensive coordinator of the Bengals. After two years of struggles, the Bengals found their quarterback, and Joe Burrow has helped launch this offense into a top-10 unit in points for. His success with a young signal caller is what makes him such an appealing candidate.

Jerod Mayo (+500)

Jerod Mayo is just 35 years old and spent eight years playing linebacker for the New England Patriots. Since 2019, he's been the New England Patriots inside linebackers coach. Yes, it's rare to see an inside linebackers coach go straight to a head coach when skipping over the defensive coordinator position but he is thought of highly in NFL circles and even interviewed for the Eagles job last year.

Kevin O'Connell (+600)

Working with Sean McVay for the last two years as his offensive coordinator, Kevin O'Connell is a name that has been floated around for a head coaching job. Obviously, anyone who is on a staff with McVay is a hot commodity around the league with Matt LaFleur, Zac Taylor, and Brandon Staley all getting head coaching gigs in the NFL after serving on McVay's staff. For O'Connell he's a former backup quarterback in the NFL and has seen success calling plays the last couple of years. It's likely a matter of when not if for him.
