The Kansas City Chiefs will look for revenge against the Cincinnati Bengals in a game that has a little bit more meaning than the regular-season game that these teams played a little over a month ago. The Bengals defeated the Chiefs, 34-31, at home and ended up clinching an AFC North division title. Now they'll play a road game against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game. Whoever wins this game is going to the Super Bowl. There's a lot more a stake.

With that said, here are the most popular bets for the Cincinnati Bengals vs Kansas City Chiefs Conference Championship Round match-up via Bet MGM.

Bengals +7.5 @ -110 (Bet $110 to win $100)

Bengals +7.557%51%
Chiefs -7.543%49%

The Bengals have been underdogs for over a month now and were also underdogs against the Chiefs in Week 17, where the Bengals ended up winning that game, 34-31. Joe Burrow is tired of being an "underdog" and believes the Bengals are what they are; a very good team. And it looks like the public agrees. 59 percent of the bets and 57 percent of the handle are on the Bengals to cover the +7.5 against the Chiefs on Sunday. I would agree and think this game essentially comes down to the final score.

Over 54.5 @ -110 (Bet $110 to win $100)

Over 54.572%71%
Under 54.528%29%

The total for this game opened at 50.5 and is now currently at 54.5. But that hasn't stopped bettors from taking the over. At MGM, 73 percent of the bets are on the over and 74 percent of the handle is currently on the over. So if you're not MGM or any other sportsbook, you're like rooting for the over. While I also agree with the over, knowing that the first game between these two teams finished at a point total of 65, it's hard for me to actually take the over now knowing I could've got it at 50.5 earlier in the week.

Top Prop Bets for Bills vs Chiefs

In the playoffs, Travis Kelce makes sure to get involved. He had eight catches for 98 yards with a touchdown on the night. Essentially, Kelce will at least get five targets in this game and the Bengals aren't really known for their defense in the secondary.

I like Kelce to score in this game, but you have to recognize that both offenses have so many weapons and anyone can score at any given time. This isn't the Packers where only Davante Adams is a threat. The Chiefs have over five guys that can score regularly and the Bengals really have five as well. So keep that in mind when betting anytime touchdown scorers in this game.

On the other hand, it looks like bettors who expect the Bengals to win, believe that Chase will be hauling in a touchdown pass in the game. It's a solid spot and a good correlation between the two. If the Bengals win, Chase will likely be involved in the offense at a high rate. So that's a solid thought and bet for the public.
