Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns Betting Data
Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens are going to defeat the Cleveland Browns, Sunday afternoon...well that's if you believe in patterns, anyway. The Ravens have literally traded wins and losses for all six games to start their 2022-23 campaign.
An opening day victory over the New York Jets was followed by a blown three-score lead to the Miami Dolphins just one week later before defeating the New England Patriots, which led to another blown lead against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills before beating the Cincinnati Bengals, which was followed by an absolutely atrocious showing against the New York Giants, this past weekend. The good news for Ravens fans is former MVP, Lamar Jackson is looking like his old self as he's in the midst of a contract year and if Baltimore is to get back on track, there's a good chance it's because of number 8.
Meanwhile, Jacoby Brissett and the Cleveland Browns look to bounce back after dropping their last three games to the Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers, and most recently, the Bailey Zappe-led New England Patriots, this past weekend. Prior to the three-game skid, the Browns were a shocking 2-1, however, those two wins have certainly not aged well with them being against the lowly Pittsburgh Steelers and Carolina Panthers, the latter of which are in such shambles that they've fired Head Coach, Matt Rhule and just traded All-Pro tailback, Christian McCaffery to the San Francisco 49ers after just six games.
Brissett will look to right the ship as Cleveland is looking to just stay afloat with the impending return of Pro Bowl signal caller, Deshaun Watson slated to make his Browns debut in five weeks.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns Total Betting
Result | Total | % of Bets |
---|---|---|
Over | 46 | 55% |
Under | 46 | 45% |
The total for this one seems like a decent bet to hit the over of 45.5. The Browns are one of the best teams in the entire National Football League when it comes to hitting the over as Cleveland is 5-1 to the over and while the Ravens are a less-than-stellar 2-4 for the total, any Lamar Jackson-led offense is capable at dropping 40 on just about any team in the league at any given moment.
There's always something about divisional games being low-scoring, gritty affairs, but six out of the last seven meetings between these two clubs have had over 46 total points scored, which is good news for overs bettors.
