Wan'Dale Robinson NFL OROY Odds: (+2000), Previous (+1700) (Bet $100 to collect $2100) Click here for the best odds, available at FanDuel

Wan'Dale Robinson makes his second appearance on the list this week as he continues to outlast players like Romeo Doubs and Brian Robinson in the eyes of the oddsmakers. While Robinson is not in the best NFL environment for wide receivers, his production in just a few games proves he will be a force on this New York Giants receiving corps. He has 15 targets, 11 receptions, 102 receiving yards, and a score through three games and is benefiting from the lack of other reasonable options in New York. He doesn't have the best stats around, but his usage on the field keeps him afloat for this award.

All of Kenny Golladay, Sterling Shepard, Collin Johnson, and Daniel Bellinger are hurt. Kadarius Toney was just traded away. That leaves basically Robinson and Darius Slayton as the last wide receivers standing, meaning even in a low-volume passing attack, they can put up some big numbers. But missing almost five games puts Robinson way behind the eight-ball for the OROY award, and the Giants' low passing volume (they are 29th in passing rate this year with 48.5%) means Robinson will have trouble competing with the top of this list.

Garrett Wilson NFL OROY Odds: (+2000), Previous: (Unranked) (Bet $100 to collect $2100) Click here for the best odds, available at FanDuel

It's been a season of peaks and valleys for the talented wide receiver from Ohio State, who was selected 10th overall this past spring. He has three games totaling 32 targets, 20 catches, 277 receiving yards, and two touchdowns. And then he has 15 total targets, six catches, 75 yards, and no scores.

But with Corey Davis banged up this year and Elijah Moore persona non grata with the New York Jets, Wilson is getting the opportunity. His 22% target share is top-30 among all wide receivers, and his 25.4% targets per route run rank 16th at the position. Much like Robinson, Wilson will be held down all year by the Jets' offensive game plan. The Jets passed only 56% of the time in the last three games, although it was 74% in Week 8. If that's a sign of things to come, Wilson is in a clear buying opportunity.

Chris Olave NFL OROY Odds: (+600), Previous: (+900) (Bet $100 to collect $700) Click here for the best odds, available at Caesars

He may not have scored a touchdown on Sunday after hitting paydirt two times in three weeks, but Olave still had a dominant performance. Even with Andy Dalton at quarterback, he is quickly proving that he is the most talented and utilized wide receiver from this year's class. His 12 catches on 21 targets pushed him slightly up in odds while most others around him lengthened. Olave leads the world in air yards and looks poised to rack up even more, with Jameis Winston set to return soon.

Olave likely produces the best outcome of all the rookie wide receivers this year, but it may not be enough to hold off the two workhorse running backs. The two running backs below him look to have so much usage by the end of the year it would take something drastic to move him into the pole position. We never root for things like injury to happen, but he is up against two players in the most volatile position in sports. That or some otherworldly games in the second half of the season is what it would take for Olave to pass these two. Stranger things have happened.

Dameon Pierce NFL OROY Odds: (+340), Previous: (+300) (Bet $100 to collect $440) Click here for the best odds, available at FanDuel

Pierce's Sunday game against the Tennessee Titans was the worst of his young career in terms of rushing. His 35 rushing yards and 2.3 yards per attempt were indicative of how poorly the whole team played, but he did score a receiving touchdown in the loss. Even with that setback, Pierce remains very much in contention for offensive rookie of the year, thanks to the fact that the Texans have completely handed him the keys to the offense.

Pierce tied his season-high with 78% of the snaps on Sunday, even in a game where the Texans trailed throughout. Pierce averaged 100.5 rushing yards, four targets in his previous four games, and almost a touchdown per game. He will likely creep on Kenneth Walker's odds all year long, but with the poor play of the Texans, he may not get the scoring opportunities that Seattle offers to Walker.

Kenneth Walker NFL OROY Odds: (+150), Previous: (+200) (Bet $100 to collect $250) Click here for the best odds, available at FanDuel

In four weeks, Walker has gone from over a +1500 long shot to a strong +150 favorite thanks to the injury to Rashaad Penny and the massive usage he is seeing for a surprising Seahawks team. Even though he had a "bad" game on Sunday (51 rushing yards and a score), the sheer amount of time he spends on the field means he will put up numbers all year long, assuming he stays healthy.

On Sunday, Walker played in 78% of his team's snaps against the Giants. That represents the fifth straight week that his snap share has increased, and he is now approaching elite territory in that category. Only Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey average more than 80% of their team's snaps this season. Walker has been around that number for two games in a row and is proving he can carry the load as one of the few remaining workhorses in the league.
