Collin Morikawa showed the world just how good he is last week at the British Open, and has unsurprisingly opted out of playing on the PGA Tour this week. 

However, this week's PGA Tour odds are stronger than you'd expect following a Major, with a handful of the world's best deciding the take the trip to Minneapolis to play in the 3M Open. 

Dustin Johnson is the star attraction, and there's no surprise to find him topping the 3M Open odds market. Johnson will be keen to overtake Jon Rahm and regain his world number one title. 

Dustin Johnson is followed by three other world top twenty players in the 2021 3M Open odds market. Tony Finau, Patrick Reed and Louis Oosthuizen have all decided to play in this week's PGA Tour event.

2021 3M Open Course Breakdown 

Course: TPC Twin Cities 

Location: Blaine, MN

Par: 71

Yardage: 7,481

Greens: Bentgrass

Scoring is fairly easy at the 3M Open, which was highlighted by Matthew Wolff shooting -21 to win the 2019 3M Open, and Michael Thompson shooting -19 to win in 2020. 

Looking at the 2019 3M Open leaderboard you'd think this was a bombers course with Wollf and Dechambeau leading the charge. The putter was the secret to Michael Thompson's success in 2020, he gained 7.3 shots with the putter over the four days. That said, distance off the tee will definitely be a benefit at this week's PGA Tour event. 

Like most PGA Tour events, the par 5's are key at this course, with all three having a birdie percentage over 39%. 

There are a handful of tricky par 4's, with four having a bogey percentage over 14%. 

Driving accuracy and distance are key here, and the players will be faced with plenty of approach shots over 175 yards.
