The JP McManus Pro-Am Invitational runs from July 4th to 5th, the event will be hosted at Adare Manor Hotel Golf Club in Limerick, Island. The golfers will head straight to the British Open in Scotland in just over 10 days.
Ahead of the British Open and after withdrawing from the PGA Championship and U.S. Open, Tiger Woods will play in the JP McManus Pro-Am today.
In addition to Tiger Woods, all 10 of the world’s top 10 will be on hand for one of the most star-studded events ever not sanctioned by the PGA Tour. Notably, all four of the most recent major champions, Collin Morikawa, Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, and Matt Fitzpatrick, will be teeing it up today in Ireland.
The field also includes some home-country favorites, with Shane Lowry and Rory McIlroy signed up to play in this event. With the event being a Pro-Am, no prize money will be at stake, and all proceeds go to charitable organizations throughout Ireland.
