While his woes in this event are noted, it takes a ton of success and consistency over long stretches of time to maintain a top-ten spot in the world. This year he has been a bit erratic at times, but I think that is due to his focus level. He seems to be able to lock it in when the lights are the brightest, and I think there is some solid value here.

While JT has won just once this year, he has finished fifth or better in eight tournaments this year, including fifth three times. The sportsbooks know this, so they took the amazing value away from this line, but I still think this line is fair and should get some action when the tournament comes around this weekend.

This is where it gets fishy for me with Thomas because he has nine top-ten finishes, but eight of them are in the top five (as mentioned before). I think this is a bit pricey with that stat being known, but I think that this allows for those T5's to become a six or seven and ensure you made a safer bet. I would have liked to have seen this around +300, but I can live with it.

JT has been in positions 10-20 less often than he has been in 2-5, so I think this is a safe bet to get it all-encompassed, but other than that, this play is not attractive to me. When you bet on Justin Thomas, you know it will be a ride and, more often than not, a fun one, but I cannot justify betting this price.
