Red Wings fans’ pain is set to continue for another year as they have been named the least likely team to win the 2021 Stanley Cup.
Winners just twelve years ago, the Red Wings are in a very different predicament and their odds of winning have been set at +25000. Put simply, this indicates an implied chance of success of just 0.40%.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, they are also deemed the least likely winners of the Eastern Conference, with their odds of +10000 carrying just a 1% chance.
This is despite the fact that they picked up forward Lucas Raymond with #4 pick in the 2020 NHL Draft earlier this week.
