DraftKings Most Backed Teams to Win the 2019-20 Premier League Title
Following the completion of the 2018-19 Premier League season yesterday morning, Draftkings offered their odds for teams to become the 2019-20 champions.
Since the end of yesterday’s games, they started to receive action from bettors on who they thought would be crowned the English Premier League winners in 2020.
Now that 24hrs have elapsed, they’ve revealed their Top 5 teams backed by bettors (by number of bets placed)… and there’s one in there that comes as a surprise!
1. Manchester City
2. Tottenham
3. Liverpool
4. Chelsea
5. Burnley
Yes… you read that correctly. Burnley are currently sitting tight in the 5th spot, ahead of 3 former Premier League winning teams in Arsenal, Leicester and English titans Manchester United.
We’re still months out from the start of the new 2019-20 season, and time will tell if there’s something people know that we don’t, but it’s certainly interesting reading in these early days.
