Newspaper reports have indicated that they believe Ole Gunnar Solskjaer only has a couple of games left to save his positon as Manchester United boss. It's not known who his replacement would be, but British bookmakers believe that it will be former Tottenham boss, Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine is 4/6 (-150) to take over the managerial position at Old Trafford, and his odds suggest an implied probability of 60% that he succeeds Solskjaer.
Pochettino left Spurs in 2019 after 5 brilliant years at the club, despite failing to win a trophy. He was a fan favorite and media darling due to his attacking sense of play and the way he set out his teams. He'd almost certainly be an upgrade over Solskjaer for Manchester United.
Former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is the second favorite but at 11/2 (+550) it's clear that bookmakers think it's unlikely that he gets the role ahead of Pochettino.
