Premier League Odds & Betting

Unsurprisingly, this weekend’s most-backed team in the Premier League is the defending champions in Manchester City. Man City is the weekend’s last game on Sunday and is facing a team in Tottenham whose summer was basically entirely filled with talking about the disappointments of last season and the potential departure of striker Harry Kane.

After Man City is a somewhat surprising pick as Newcastle, set to take on West Ham on Sunday, is the second most backed team in the EPL this weekend. The latest Premier League odds have Newcastle at +235 while West Ham sits at +125.

The biggest favorites of the weekend, Chelsea, are -350 to beat Crystal Palace. But at that price only 52% of the betting public is backing the defending Champions League champs. Leicester, Southampton and Manchester United are all also extremely well backed.

The least backed team this weekend in the Premier league is Brighton, as they take on Burnley, but it doesn’t seem as though bettors have much faith in Burnley either. Brighton is backed by 16.67% of bettors, Burneley by 33.33% and 50% of the public is betting on a draw in that one.
