Manchester United vs. Liverpool Breakdown
Looking for their first win of the season is Manchester United. Erik Ten Haag’s squad has struggled mightily in their first two matches of the season as United lost 2-0 on opening day against Crystal Palace and we’re completely outclassed by Brentford, last weekend by a 4-0 margin. United have made a statement signing by bringing in five-time Champions League winner, Casemiro over from Real Madrid for a reported $60 million fee but the Brazilian won’t make his club debut, until next weekend.
Much like United, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side is looking for their first victory of the 2022-23 campaign. The reds head into Old Trafford after drawing their first two matches of the season against newly-promoted Fulham and most recently, Crystal Palace, last weekend.
