According to sportsbooks, Manchester City is priced at -265 or an implied 72% chance they repeat this season. To no one's surprise, City is the odds on favorites as we head into the fourth round of matches this season. They are winners of four of the last five seasons, and they made the addition of the summer across Europe when they inked superstar Erling Haaland. City has received just 6% of bets though to win the Premier League title again. Despite the shocking tie this past weekend at Newcastle oddsmakers are confident in Manchester City to repeat as Premier League champions.

According to our friends over at BetMGM, despite being priced behind Man City, Liverpool, and Arsenal -- Tottenham has received the most bets to win the Premier League title nearly through the first month.

Tottenham has the star power to compete with the best in the world in any match. Led by Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min, they can score at any time. The Spurs are priced at +1500 or an implied 6% chance of winning the Premier League title for the first time since 1961. They made numerous additions this summer with Ivan Perisic, Richarlison, and Yves Bissouma. There is plenty of optimism under Antonio Conte.

Tottenham started off the season with a 4-1 trouncing of Southampton, followed by the most entertaining match to this point in the season at Stamford Bridge leading to a 2-2 draw with Chelsea. In their third match, they shut out Wolves at home and are now ready to face the newly promoted Nottingham Forrest. The Spurs are favored heavily ahead of their match this weekend with Nottingham Forrest and bettors will likely continue to pile on Tottenham.
