Logan Paul Signs With WWE

Logan Paul signing with the WWE before the start of July also provides ample time for a storyline to be built ahead of Summerslam. What might that storyline be? It's obvious he will have a match with The Miz at Summerslam. Upon inking, his WWE contract he posted an image with a sign stating, "Coming 4 u @Miz". Clearly, the WWE has a storyline in the works for Logan Paul. Summerslam is on August 21 so there is plenty of time to build-up to the fight.

No one knew what to expect from Logan Paul at WrestleMania 38. The social media star wrestled in high school and has had some boxing experience. He proved he could hang with the pros. The match he was in at Wrestlemania was a tag team contest between The Miz and Logan Paul and Rey and Dominik Mysterio, which ended with The Miz and Paul victorious as a tag team. During their celebration, The Miz turned on Paul and delivered a Skull Crushing Finale. The clear implication would be Logan Paul returning to get revenge on The Miz.

Some know Logan Paul as a Youtuber and social media star, some as a boxer. His boxing record stands at 0 wins, 1 loss, and 0 draws. Paul has fought in three fights but, with one bout during his amateur career and another being an exhibition, only his professional loss to KSI is on his record. His first fight with KSI was ruled a draw, so the pair fought again on 4 September 2019. The British star was judged the winner via a split decision.

Paul then shocked the sporting world as Mayweather agreed to compete in an exhibition event with him. The fight, which was held on December 6, 2020, went the distance of eight rounds but no winner was announced. Logan has clearly turned his attention to other avenues with this signing with WWE.
