Time Person Of The Year Odds: President Trump's Odds Slashed

With tensions high in the United States following the coronavirus outbreak, murder of George Floyd and subsequent protests, President Donald Trump has been on the hot seat.
That's why it may be somewhat shocking for some see that UK bookmakers have actually shortened President Trump’s odds of being named Time Person of the Year.
Prior to this week, President Trump’s odds of receiving the honor were +1200. As of Wednesday, some UK bookmakers have cut his odds to +800.
Greta Thunberg, a 17-year old environmental activist from Sweden, was last year’s Person of the Year. Her odds are currently +2000 to win it again.
Trump has already had the honor of being named Time’s Person of the Year, doing so in 2016.
Doctors, Nurses, First Responders and Health Workers are the current favorites at -150. The World Health Organization (WHO) is +450, and Dr. Li Wenliang is +700.
President Barack Obama was the last president to win the award twice, doing so in 2008 and 2012.
