MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+381) (Bet $100 to win $381)
- Red Sox (-145)
- Padres (-180)
- Angels (-120)
I guess you can call this the "they're not going to lose again" parlay! The Red Sox lost to the Orioles 2-1 in extras last night. With Jordan Lyles on the mound for the Orioles, there's no hope for the Orioles to win the weekend series. Lyles has a 5.59 xFIP, 16.5% strikeouts, and high walks. He's getting absolutely crushed by lefties, giving up a wOBA of .526 and an ISO of .457 in 42 plate appearances. The Red Sox have Rafael Devers and Alex Verdugo who will both make noise in this game. Meanwhile, Nick Pivetta will man the hill for the Red Sox and he's been just as bad as Lyles, except for the fact that the Orioles have a .114 ISO and wOBA of .274 against righties this season with the projected lineup.
Next, the Padres will have Joe Musgrove on the mound. To start the season, Musgrove has a 2.87 xFIP with 26.3% strikeouts and 2.1% walks. Meanwhile, the Pirates have a .096 ISO and wOBA of .270 this season against righties. Then for the Pirates, Mitch Keller is on the mound and he's got a 4.63 xFIP this season. The Padres have a wOBA of .314 and hitting fewer ground balls along with over 20% line drives. The Padres will find a way.
Lastly, Dallas Keuchel will pitch for the White Sox. He's got a 9 ERA and won't fare well against an Angels lineup that's mostly right-handed, hitting a ton of line drives with a high BABIP. On the other hand, the White Sox lineup has a .127 ISO with a .239 wOBA against. righties this season. I'll gladly back the Angels here.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +516 (Bet $100 to win $516)
- Marlins vs. Mariners Under 7 (-125)
- Brewers vs. Cubs Under 7 (-120)
- Royals vs. Yankees Over 8 (-115)
The Mariners and Marlins game is just going to be a great pitching duel between Sandy Alcantara and Logan Gilbert. Gilbert has a 3.85 xFIP with 25.9% strikeouts and 4.7% walks. Meanwhile, Alcantara is earning 52.2% ground balls and allowing just 13.4% line drives this season. The Mariners have a .129 ISO against righties and the Marlins have a .157 ISO against righties. It'll be a low-scoring game here.
I'm not ready to give up on Marcus Stroman. He's been average recently but he's going up against a Milwaukee lineup that has a .142 ISO and wOBA of .281. This is the game where he needs to show that he's worth the money. On the other hand, the Brewers will send out Corbin Burnes who won the Cy Young last year and has a 3.20 xFIP with 34.7% strikeouts and 6.3% walks. We'll see another low-scoring affair here.
The Yankees have been very good offensively this season. Today, they'll take on Daniel Lynch, a left-hander who has been up and down throughout his short career. Lynch started the season awful in brutal fashion but has rebounded as of late. Against the Yankees, that's not going to continue knowing the Yankees have an ISO of .207 and a wOBA of .338 against lefties as a projected lineup. The Royals, on the other hand, aren't having much offensive success but all you need is two or three runs. The Royals have been unlucky with a .248 BABIP while hitting just 37.7% ground balls. Kansas City will come around offensively.
