Houston Astros vs Detroit Tigers Prediction

This is a confusing line even with the juice. Tigers' first five-team total is set at a firm 1.5 with no juice on either side. Luis Garcia has a pitching outs prop of 16.5 which would imply at the most he goes one more inning. These lines don’t perfectly correlate and I think we’re getting some really nice value here. My Tigers team that I love oh so much simply looks putrid. Detroit is batting .220 against righties this year and have allowed two ER or less to starting pitchers in 22/24 games. Rich Hill was one of those but he’s 3000 years old so that doesn’t count and Antonio Senzatela is the other and that was on the day Miggy hit 3000 hits (Rich Hills age) and that day was historic so that day is an anomaly because the players were to forced to remember how to hit.

A 22/24 hit rate by Detroit failing to put 3 ER on starting pitchers this year is great but let's look at Garcia individually. In his history vs these Tiger bats, he has allowed 7 hits in 28 at-bats but the best part is only one RBI. If you disregard Akil Baddoo batting 4/4 against him lifetime then these Tigers are hitting 3-24 against Garcia which bodes well for us. Garcia has played Detroit twice in his short career and is 2/2 on our under here. Garcia seems to be slightly more stretched out than his first few starts so I’m expecting somewhere around 85 pitches but I just don’t see this Detroit team doing much against him. Last night this same Tigers team didn’t score their first run until the ninth inning, it has been disastrous for them.

Luis Garcia last year had a 2.39 home ERA and a 4.24 away ERA. Tonight's game is at home and I'm expecting a great performance tonight. Beau Brieske is on the other side in this one pitching for Detroit and although I lean Astros in this one he made me eat my words against the Dodgers only allowing one run. I see this one on DraftKings too for -145 and it’s genuinely worth every bit of juice. If this bet was -125 or lower I think I would have made it a rare 1.5u play, that’s how much I like it. I couldn’t be happier with this find and think the odds will move by the first pitch.
