MLB Parlay Picks for Saturday: Cash In With This Expert's +528 Parlay
Due to popular demand, we're adding an article at Oddschecker that consists of two parlays. I'm going to add two different parlays with one being a moneyline parlay and the other being a totals parlay in the MLB daily. You can always mix and match these parlays where you see the value!
MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+554) (Bet $100 to win $554)
- Brewers (-110)
- Marlins (+100)
- Rays (-140)
The Brewers have been one of the hottest teams in baseball this season. Tonight, Milwaukee will go for win number 20 against the Atlanta Braves. The Braves were champions last year but have just 12 wins this season and are struggling to get into any groove. Meanwhile, the Brewers have one of the pitching staffs in baseball and are actually hitting home runs on the offensive side of things. Back the Brewers at -110.
I’ve been backing the Marlins throughout the series against the Padres. They haven’t come through yet. You can thank those dejuiced baseballs. Anyway, Pablo Lopez has been one of the best pitchers in baseball to start the season. I’ll back him at +100 any day of the week with Sean Manaea on the other side. Manaea is way more inconsistent than Lopez and the Marlins have some lefties that can hit for power against the lefty.
Lastly, the Rays have a .349 wOBA against lefties this season with the projected lineup. Tonight, they’ll get Marco Gonzales, who has been awful against both righties and lefties this season. With seven righties in the lineup for the Rays, Tampa Bay should have an absolute field day against Gonzales. With Drew Rasmussen on the mound and the Tampa Bay bullpen following, back the Rays here.
MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +528 (Bet $100 to win $528)
- Cardinals vs. Giants Under 7 (-115)
- Brewers vs. Braves Under 7 (-120)
- Rockies vs. Diamondbacks Over 8.5 (-120)
Steven Matz and Logan Webb have both been terrific analytically. Matz might have an ERA close to 5 but his xFIP is low, strikeouts are high and walks are low. He’s just been a bit unlucky. But now he’s facing a Giants lineup that has been dreadful against lefties this season. Meanwhile, Logan Webb is earning over 62% of ground balls this season and the Cardinals have been awful against righties all season.
The Brewers are going to win this game. I’m speaking into existence but with Burnes and Fried on the mound, this game will likely be a 3-2 finish. Both of these bullpens have been very good and are terrific in the backend of things. When you’ve got two of the best pitchers in the game facing off, you take the under.
Kyle Freeland has a 4.38 xFIP with 18.1% strikeouts. He’s allowed a .351 wOBA and ISO of .198 to righties this season and will take on seven righties in the Diamondbacks lineup. On the other hand, Zach Davies has a 5.20 xFIP with 16.3% of strikeouts and 11.2% of walks. He’s kept home runs down and wOBA averages down but will face a Rockies lineup that has a 3.05 wOBA with 10.4% of walks. The Rockies can get on base and create havoc.
