MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+846) (Bet $100 to win $846)
- Athletics (+100)
- Reds (+115)
- Phillies (+120)
Let's get a little wild today. I like short dogs today. If we parlay all of them up, we get a huge payout. So why not! The Athletics will pitch James Kaprielian, who has struck out 25.7% of batters since returning to the diamond. He's taking on a Tigers lineup that strikes out 25.5% of the time against righties. On the other hand, the Athletics haven't been great offensively either but will take on Beau Brieske who lacks a put-away pitch and has an xFIP of nearly 7.
The Reds haven't had much go right for them this season. But Connor Overton has been a bright spot for this club and he'll be on the mound tonight. The Reds have proven that they can hit the ball and are a quality offense but the pitching has just been awful. Against JT Brubaker, the Reds will find offense. They're hitting a ton of line drives against righties and have plenty of power bats. The Reds have won four of their last six. Another series win could be on the horizon over the weekend.
Zack Wheeler is on the mound against Tyler Anderson and is an underdog? Wheeler has had more rest due to COVID and probably won't last nine innings but I'll take my chance with a Cy Young runner-up like Wheeler. Anderson has an xFIP nearing 5 and while the Phillies haven't dominated lefties this season, they'll still have a solid matchup here.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +556 (Bet $100 to win $556)
- Astros vs. Twins Under 8.5 (-120)
- Reds vs. Pirates Over 7.5 (-120)
- Royals vs. Rangers Over 8.5 (-105)
The Astros and Twins have to play their postponed game from yesterday before playing their scheduled game for today. Fatigue will set in against two pitchers that have looked really good to start the season. Luis Garcia has a 3.45 ERA for the Astros while Josh Winder has a 1.61 ERA for the Twins. With bench players getting the start, lineups will likely be weaker in this game. The under is likely.
The Reds continue to have games fly over the total. The lineup is hitting well but the pitching has been terrible. Connor Overton will get the start for the Reds. He's been excellent but he's also not going to pitch nine innings. The Reds will likely get out to an early lead against JT Brubaker but the Pirates will tack on runs against the bullpen later in the game as the Reds look to hold another lead. The over is the play. Jon Heasley will take the mound for the Royals tonight. Heasley made his debut last season and struck out just 10% of batters and had a high xFIP. I'd expect the Rangers to have success knowing that the middle of the order is starting to heat up with higher ISO numbers. On the other hand, Taylor Hearn is also usually good for allowing some runs here and there for the Rangers.
