Miami Marlins vs Milwaukee Brewers Prediction: A Perfect Hit Rate
It’s not often that at this point of the MLB season you still find props with a perfect hit rate, let's pounce on this one.
Elieser Hernandez o4.5 hits allowed (-120) (Bet $120 to win $100)
I’ll give yall the goods right away, this prop has a 6/6 hit rate on the season. Four of the six are exactly five hits allowed so this could be a sweat but we can’t ignore this hit rate. You would think he is facing the first month of the season Cincinnati Reds but he is playing the Brewers who hit well. The Brewers have a .240 batting average against right handed pitching this year which is solid. Dating back to last season Hernandez has actually 5 or more hits in 10 straight games, this is unheard of.
Hernandez actually had a higher ERA at home last year than on the road so I’m not scared of this one due to where the game is being played. I would never say a player isn’t good because they’re the athletes and I’m the guy who bets on them. What I would say is that in comparison to other major leaguers, Hernandez isn’t that guy. The Brewers shouldn’t be the team to snap this streak of his, this is the same squad that scored 11 runs the other night. I just don’t see him randomly turning into an ace today.

He’s a contact pitcher though so I think the odds of him ruining his pitch count are slim. This number should be 5.5 all day, if we lose this one I will not even be slightly upset I would bet it every time. All projections I see have him allowing 5+ and I agree. I’ll keep this one short because the game starts in an hour, get this one in folks!
