When it comes to these NRSI’s we love going to DraftKings and making Same-Game Parlays. Since they were made public the books have juiced them beyond belief but we've found a cool little workaround on DraftKings. We are pairing the NRSI with Braves to not score 6 or more runs. When Corbin Burnes starts the opposing team has only scored 6+ one time in his last 28 games pitched. This is due to his dominance but also the bullpens continued success from last year, both Josh Hader and Devin Williams are fantastic.
In this 27/28 stretch of not allowing 6+ runs we have seen Burnes face Atlanta three times and they have scored 2, 1, and 5 runs in those games. Burnes did not allow a 2nd inning run in all of those games versus Atlanta and hasn’t allowed one all season with a 7/7 hit rate. Burnes just played this same Atlanta team 11 days ago and only allowed 2 ER in the same pitching matchup against Fried. I expect tonight to go a lot like that game. Let's get into Fried now who we’ll we need strictly for the NRSI.
Fried will only face the middle or end of the order but he is great for Milwaukee historically. He has only allowed 10 hits in 50 at-bats and only one RBI against these batters. If Milwaukee can just piece together one hit that would get rid of Renfroe who is the one batter to have an RBI against him as he’s batting in the 4-hole. Fried has shut down teams in the 2nd inning in 5/7 games and more importantly the NRSI hit in this game between these two 11 days ago. The game total is 6.5, asking for 6+ out of Atlanta is wild with that total. Lets get this NRSI and then I feel pretty good and trust Corbin and the pen.
