Milwaukee Brewers vs. Washington Nationals Best Bet: Can Erick Fedde Find Some Magic Tonight in Milwaukee?
Obviously, we've got Rough N Rowdy starting at 8:00 pm ET tonight and then the NBA Playoffs at 9:00 pm ET. The first thing I thought when I saw that was "we need to get an MLB game to bet at 8:00 pm". We just do. Having three sports going at one time is peak entertainment. On a Friday night, it feels more like a must. Luckily for us, we have what I like to call the perfect MLB game to bet on. I'm serious, it really doesn't get any better. The Washington Nationals are in Milwaukee taking on the Brewers. If you haven't seen the Brewers play this season, just know that they are big fans of the sit-down. It's either hit a home run or strikeout. You don't have to love it, but you should damn sure respect it.
Read on for our prediction and the best play, and odds for tonight's series opener between the Nationals and Brewers.

Erick Fedde 5+ Strikeouts (+130) (Bet $100 to Win $130)
*Odds Available at FanDuel at Time of Publishing*
We're going to FanDuel again but this time it's because their line is just better. It just is. DraftKings trotted out 4.5 +110 which isn't terrible but why bet +110 when you can get +130? That seems dumb. Plus at FanDuel, you could always get wild since it's Friday and go 6+ +285. It's not that crazy.
Erick Fedde. What a guy. He's generally not a strikeout guy but he's not not a strikeout guy either. My take on him is he's a borderline "needs a generous ump" guy but we'll see. I've seen his strikeout highlights on Twitter and more than half of them have been him freezing hitter on balls that were called strikes. Still, even with video evidence, I can still say he is worth backing against the right team if the price is right. Both are tonight.
First off, five strikeouts is not a lot to ask an MLB pitcher. He's actually done this in four of his seven starts this season so this isn't crazy. Even for him. In fact, he's even managed to mow down six guys twice already. One of those games was against the Houston Astros last time out which is pretty impressive given the fact that Houston really isn't a strikeout team. The beauty of tonight is, Fedde's opponent is the exact definition of a strikeout team.
So far this season, the Milwaukee Brewers have struck out more than every other team in MLB except for four. Only one of those teams has had fewer at-bats on the year and that was only by one. There are three guys that should be in the lineup that are 31+% whiff guys and another three that are 25+%. Throw in the fact that Keston Hiura is back with the team and you have a 44% on the season guy playing tonight. I don't know if I am going to go 6+ on Fedde but I will definitely take him for five. Feels like the thing to do.
