MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+394) (Bet $100 to win $394)
- Cardinals (-160)
- Dodgers (-135)
- Marlins (-130)
The St. Louis Cardinals will take on Bryse Wilson, who has allowed 29.4% of line drives in the last 30 days. Righties also have an ISO of .184 against Wilson in that same time frame. The Cardinals have a lot of right-handed power and should be able to take advantage of Wilson giving up a lot of line drives and power. Plus, Steven Matz is on the mound with a 3.46 xFIP in the last 30 days along with 26.4% strikeouts and 5.6% of walks. Take the Cardinals over the Pirates.
I know it seems like the Dodgers aren't as good this year. But they are. They've got 27 wins to just 12 losses and are now small favorites against the Phillies with Tony Gonslolin on the mound. Gonsolin is earning 27.8% of strikeouts in the last 30 days and will take on a Phillies lineup that is striking out 24.5% of the time in the same time frame. With Zach Eflin on the mound for the Phillies, I fully expect the Dodgers to have success with their lefties in the lineup.
The Marlins will look to avoid the sweep with Sandy Alcantara on the mound. He's been excellent while Ian Anderson of the Braves hasn't been. Anderson is struggling to earn strikeouts and is walking a high rate of batters. The Marlins are also hitting a ton of line drives, resulting in more runs in this game.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +647 (Bet $100 to win $647)
- Mariners vs. Red Sox Under 9.5 (-115)
- Reds vs. Blue Jays Over 8.5 (+100)
- White Sox vs. Yankees (Game 2) Over 9 (+100)
The Mariners and Red Sox will both throw aces on the mound. And yet, the total is sitting at 9.5? Nathan Eovaldi hasn't been sensational recently but should bounce back against a Mariners lineup that is far from good against righties. Meanwhile, Logan Gilbert is earning over 30% of strikeouts in the last 30 days for the Mariners. The Red Sox will cool off against Gilbert.
The Reds will start Graham Ashcraft today. It'll be his first major league appearance. While his ERA is below 2.50 in the minors, his WHIP is above 1.50 this season. He won't escape jams at the MLB level. Meanwhile, Yusei Kikuchi has been inconsistent with high strikeouts and high walks. The Reds should be able to add on some runs too.
Michael Kopech and Luis Severino are both worse than their ERA. Kopech has an ERA below 2 with an xFIP above 5 in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Severino has been more average this year while giving up five home runs in his first seven starts of the season. On ESPN Sunday Night Baseball, we'll see some fireworks. Take the over.
