Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Colorado Rockies Prediction
Early MLB games are one of the best things in the world for the average gambler. Whether you are at work or school or just at home, watching the game, early baseball makes your day better. That is if you gamble on it and win some money. The Colorado Rockies face the Pittsburgh Pirates this Wednesday afternoon at the beautiful PNC Park.
This series has been low scoring so far as each team has won a game by the score of 2-1. We bet on the Pirates on Monday, and I told you guys it would be boring and scary, but we would win. That was the case as an infield single late in the 8th inning gave the Pirates a 2-1 lead, and they were able to close the game in the top of the 9th.
Today we get a pitching matchup of Ryan Feltner, a twenty-five-year-old right-hander, and the veteran Zach Thompson. These guys have struggled this season, but Thompson has looked really good at times for the Pirates. His issue has been consistency. The pitching in this series has been great so far, but today could be the day that we see some runs with two unpredictable arms on the bump. The over-under is set at eight, and the Pirates enter play as a favorite on the moneyline.
I am backing the Pittsburgh Pirates on the moneyline yet again. They were good to us on Monday, and they will be good to us again today.
Feltner will struggle in this game today to find any flow against Pittsburgh. He has only thrown five innings this year, but I am not high on his stuff. Thompson has been up and down this season, but he has at least shown consistency at times. The Rockies are really struggling to hit in this series, and I think the Pirates just caught them in a slump. The final reason is when the Pirates are favorites; they are favorites for a reason. This is one of the worst teams in all of MLB, but they are the best today! Let’s get another MLB sweep today!
