Well guys the board is huge on the diamond tonight but I am being a bit selective here as my focus is elsewhere I cannot lie…I am going to the big game on the ice tonight so rather than force out action everywhere, I am just going to do a quick write-up here on a few of my favorite looks on the board tonight.

I stayed away from the BoSox for a few weeks as they really needed to FITFO; the bats were asleep, the approach was poor and they were just playing absurdly below their potential threshold. I finally went back to them last night and even after letting Chicago back into the game a bit they poured it on even more and dropped fifteen runs in their victory over Chicago.
They are coming off a travel day but they are heading back home and get to square off against one of the low-tier teams in the league this evening. Not crazy in love with Garret Whitlock but he has been solid and the bullpen is rested, I am fading Kyle Braddish tonight against a very potent Boston lineup who have gone 7-1 across their last eight games look like the team we expected them to be. As long as they did not leave the bats In Chicago Boston should take care of business here.

Houston is the only team other than the Dodgers that I feel is truly an elite high caliber ball club night in, night out. Everyone has poor games, the best have plenty and there are 6-7 other really great teams in the league guys don’t get me wrong; Houston just tends to play dominant baseball.
The lineup is and has been one of the best in the league season after season and they are off to another strong start this season. Justin Verlander is my guy and I said it in an article a month ago; He has PLENTY of JV left in the tank. He is the Cy Young hopeful at the moment and has won six straight games sporting a 1.23 ERA on the season. His counterpart Chris Flexen has never beaten the Astros in his career and is 0-5 with a 6.16 ERA against Houston. I am backing the better team with the edge across the board tonight here in this one.
