The Reds saw three of their best players walk in the off-season and knew it would be a long rebuild type of season. The Red Sox began the season expected to compete for the AL East, but they have struggled out of the gate. Their hottest run of the season has come in the last ten days, so they will hope that run sparks some momentum on the season.

This team has a lot of talent, led by young star Rafael Devers. The pitching has been the issue for the Sox in the young season, but they will send one of their better arms to the mound tonight in Garrett Whitlock. Whitlock has been extremely impressive on the year and will look to continue his good luck against this Reds lineup.

The Reds send Hunter Greene to the bump tonight. Greene is one of the hardest throwers in all of baseball, and he is actually clocked with throwing the most pitches at 100 mph or more in all of baseball. Despite the hard-throwing, he has struggled to find his footing in the big leagues sporting an era of 5.69 on the campaign. 

I am backing the Red Sox tonight on the -1 line. I think they bounce back from a rough performance last night and get a win at home against this Reds team.
