We’re gonna move this line to 2.5, this number isn’t good. Because of how young he is we’ll still only lay one unit but this makes no sense. Faedo has pitched five times in his debut season and he is under in all five games. Funny enough, he is actually under in all five if the number was 2.5 as well but we’re getting added insurance. Fadeo has allowed two or less in all five starts. Minnesota is a scary team in general but have been swinging an ice-cold bat in this series. Minnesota hasn’t scored in both games in Detroit so far.
Do I expect that to remain the case? Or course not, but we don’t need it to. Faedo can go out there and pitch five innings and allow three earned runs for all I care. Faedo doesn’t seem to get quick outs which could bode well for us. The longer the at-bats the sooner in the game he gets yanked. I love that he could have the worst start of his career and we could still cash, how often can you say that? All projections have him allowing two or three runs, no mentions of the young righty allowing four. DraftKings gave us a gift and we aren’t going to ask any questions.
I like betting against my teams more than betting with my teams but I have to put my emotions to the side here and give you all value when I see it. This number isn’t good and whoever made the line should be tested. This game is early so make sure you get this one in. The first pitch for this one is at 1:10 eastern time so don’t miss out! I’m going to be asked if this is playable at 2.5 for when we inevitably move the line, I say for .5u it’s worth it if you're getting some good plus money at +120 or better. Tigers have won six of eight games in an attempt to help turn their season around, I’m drinking the Kool-Aid a little bit. Let's start the day off right!
