MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+335) (Bet $100 to win $335)
- Giants (-150)
- Guardians (-135)
- Blue Jays (-200)
We hit our +338 parlay yesterday. Let's win another one tonight. The Giants will send out Alex Cobb, who has been so much better than his ERA this season. Cobb has had a 2.59 xFIP in the last 30 days with 62.2% of ground balls. Those ground balls are finding the outfield grass but eventually, they're going to find gloves. On the other hand, the Giants will face Elieser Hernandez, who has an xFIP close to 6. I trust the Giants much more in this spot.
The Orioles are pitching left-hander Bruce Zimmermann, who has been awful against lefties and righties in the last 30 days. He doesn't earn many strikeouts and has a high xFIP above 5. The Guardians have plenty of power in their lineup against the lefty and with Shane Bieber on the mound, I'm expecting the Guardians to cruise on by with a win. Bieber has also been a bit unlucky recently. That changes tonight against the Orioles.
The Blue Jays will take on the Minnesota Twins who have been awful against lefties this season. The good news for the red hot Blue Jays is that Yusei Kikuchi will take the hill tonight. The left-hander has been above-average in the last 30 days with an xFIP of about 4 and a high strikeout rate. Meanwhile, the Twins will send out Chi Chi Gonzalez for the first time this year and if you remember his time in Colorado, you'd agree with me when I say he stinks. Last season, he had a near 6 xFIP and rarely induced ground balls or earn strikeouts.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +567 (Bet $100 to win $567)
- Nationals vs. Reds Under 10 (-115)
- Diamondbacks vs. Pirates Over 7.5 (-115)
- Mets vs Dodgers Over 8 (-110)
The Nationals will send out Josiah Gray, who has been awful lately. He has a 6.36 xFIP with low strikeouts and high walks. However, the Reds really don't have a great lineup against righties. The lineup is Joey Votto and nothing else. Gray should be able to squeeze by this lineup. Meanwhile, Mike Minor will give it a go for the Reds. He's taking on a Nationals lineup that has a .055 ISO and wOBA of .294. I like the under here.
It'll be J.T. Brubaker for the Pirates tonight. He's been about average this season but is taking on a Diamondbacks team that has a .218 ISO and wOBA of .350 in the last 30 days against righties. Brubaker will have a harder time tonight. On the other hand, Merrill Kelly is taking the hill for the Diamondbacks with a 5.78 xFIP in the last 30 days. He's been awful and there are some Pirates that have high power numbers against righties. I'll back the over in this game.
I know there were only a couple of runs in the first game between the Mets and Dodgers but the offenses should find their bats tonight. The Dodgers have a .218 ISO and wOBA of .359 against righties and will take on Chris Bassitt who has a 4.93 xFIP in the last 30 days. Meanwhile, the Mets have a .186 ISO and wOBA of .362 in the last 30 days against lefties and will take on Tyler Anderson who has allowed over 22% of line drives and has induced just 28% of ground balls. Back the over.
