MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+462) (Bet $100 to win $462)

  • Diamondbacks (-150)
  • White Sox (-110)
  • Rangers (-130)

The Diamondbacks will send out Zac Gallen, who has been sensational this season. Gallen has a 3.88 xFIP in the last 30 days with over 25% of strikeouts. And if the Pirates couldn't hit Zach Davies yesterday, there's almost no chance that they can hit Gallen today. With Zach Thompson on the mound for the Pirates, the Diamondbacks should be able to earn a couple of runs with a high ISO and wOBA against righties in the last 30 days.

The White Sox were the kings against lefties last year. This year, not so much. However, the White Sox will have a lineup filled with righties to go up against Ryan Yarbrough, who has an xFIP that's getting close to 6 in the last 30 days. With Lucas Giolito on the bump, I'm confident that the White Sox can escape Tampa with a win.

Martin Perez has an ERA below 1.50 and we're in June. I'm impressed. He's been legitimate. Every time I get the chance to bet on him, I'm all for it. The Mariners lack power against lefties, so this is a good matchup for him. On the other hand, George Kirby will get the call for the Mariners. Kirby has struggled against righties with power and a high wOBA and will take on a Rangers lineup that has five righties and a couple of guys with lots of power.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +662 (Bet $100 to win $662)

  • Angels vs. Phillies Over 8.5 (-105)
  • Nationals vs. Reds Over 9.5 (-105)
  • Red Sox vs. Athletics Over 7.5 (+100)

The Phillies haven't hit righties all that well this season. But lefties, they sure have. Tonight, the Phillies take on Pablo Sandoval, who is a lefty. The Phillies' projected lineup has a .203 ISO and wOBA of .337 in the last 30 days against lefties. Plus, with Kyle Gibson on the mound, the Angels have four bats that can do serious damage against righties at the top of the order including Shohei Ohtani and Mike Trout. Take the over.

Luis Castillo has always been a terrific ground ball pitcher who always gets unlucky. To lefties, he's getting rocked in the last 30 days and now he's taking on a Nationals lineup with six lefties. Meanwhile, the Nationals will pitch Patrick Corbin, who has a 4.80 xFIP in the last 30 days. The Reds have a .240 ISO against lefties with a .348 wOBA using the projected lineup. I like the over.

Rich Hill is a solid veteran who usually gets the job done. But his 5.38 xFIP in the last 30 days is hard to ignore. On the other hand, Frankie Montas has been absolutely on fire analytically, holding a 2.47 xFIP in the last 30 days. But he's also giving up 28% of line drives and a .213 ISO to righties. That's going to catch up to him against the Red Sox. A 4-4 game gets us the win. I'll take the over.
