MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+478) (Bet $100 to win $478)

  • Reds (-125)
  • Blue Jays (-165)
  • Mets (+100)

The Reds will pitch Hunter Greene, who has a 4.48 xFIP in the last 30 days. But that xFIP is inflated due to Greene struggling against right-handed hitting. The Diamondbacks will send out eight lefties and Greene has a wOBA of .220 and ISO of .106 in the last 30 days against lefties. Meanwhile, the Reds get to take on Madison Bumgarner, who has a 5.12 xFIP in the last 30 days. The lefty has been bad analytically and will take on a Reds lineup that has a .240 ISO and wOBA of .348 in the last 30 days against lefties. Back the Reds.

The Royals will send out Daniel Lynch, who has an xFIP of above 6 in the last 30 days. The lefty has allowed a wOBA of over .360 to righties in the same time frame and will take on a Blue Jays lineup that will have at least eight righties. Meanwhile, the Blue Jays will pitch Ross Stripling, who has been better than advertised, with an xFIP of 3.50 in the last 30 days. The Royals offense isn't going to do much damage in this one.

The Mets have hit lefties better than the Padres have hit righties. Carlos Carrasco will be on the mound for the Mets with a 6-1 record. Meanwhile, Blake Snell has thrown three games this season and has an 0-2 record with an xFIP above 5. The Mets have power against lefties and are getting on base at a solid pace. Back the Mets.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +611 (Bet $100 to win $611)

  • Blue Jays vs. Royals Over 9.5 (-110)
  • Red Sox vs. Angels Over 9 (-110)
  • Mets vs. Padres Over 7.5 (-105)

The Blue Jays should absolutely smack Lynch around in this game. The Blue Jays limit strikeouts, earn walks, and should be able to get on base and string together base hits to score a lot of runs in this game. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if the Royals chipped in for a couple against Ross Stripling.

The Red Sox are heating up. Tonight, they'll take on Noah Syndergaard, who has struggled recently. The Red Sox have a .201 ISO and wOBA of .368 in the last 30 days against righties. That should do the trick. On the other hand, Michael Wacha might have a low ERA but he doesn't have a low xFIP. It's at 5.24 in the last 30 days. The Angels' offense should get back on track at home tonight.

The Mets have a .359 wOBA against lefties in the last 30 days and Blake Snell hasn't impressed since returning to the diamond this year, with a 5.04 xFIP. If the Mets stay patient and earn walks. they can absolutely put together a couple of clutch hits and earn runs. On the other hand, Carlos Carrasco has been elite but has allowed a wOBA of .413 to righties. He might get tagged for a couple of runs against the righties in the lineup for the Padres. Take the over.
