MLB Moneyline Parlay Picks (+416) (Bet $100 to win $416)

  • Nationals (+125)
  • Guardians (-180)
  • Yankees (-170)

The Nationals will take on Trevor Rogers, who has had a 5.40 xFIP in the last 30 days. Rogers has been awful against righties in the last 30 days and will take on a Nationals lineup that will feature eight righties and Juan Soto, who is a lefty. The Nationals have only struck out 17% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days and they'll have Stephen Strasburg making his season debut tonight. I'm liking this plus money spot for the Nationals to salvage the series.

The Athletics will pitch James Kaprielian, who has struggled all season long. In the last 30 days, Kaprielian has had a 6.24 xFIP with 12.3% of strikeouts. Meanwhile, the Guardians have four hitters hitting for a high ISO or high wOBA against righties, and the Guardians also only struck out 15.2% of the time using their projected lineup in the last 30 days. With Konnor Pilkington on the mound, the Guardians have a favorable matchup knowing he's struck out nearly 28% of batters in the last 30 days.

Gerrit Cole will take the hill for the Yankees. He's been terrific analytically recently. He'll take on a Twins team that has a lot of power against righties. However, Cole is a bit different than some of the righties that they've faced this season. Meanwhile, it'll be Dylan Bundy for the Twins. He's been rocked by righties as a right-handed pitcher. Guys like Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton should have a lot of success tonight. Back the Yankees.

MLB Total Runs Parlay Picks +540 (Bet $100 to win $540)

  • Red Sox vs. Angels Under 8 (-115)
  • Phillies vs. Brewers Under 7.5 (-120)
  • Dodgers vs. White Sox Over 8.5 (-115)

It's been a terrible month for the Angels. In the month of June, the Angels don't have a single win. In the last two weeks, the Angels don't have a single win. So there's that. The offense is slumping at the bottom half of the order and the pitching hasn't been all that good. But with Shohei Ohtani on the mound, pitching should improve. Meanwhile, Nick Pivetta will take the hill for the Red Sox and he's been one of the more consistent pitchers in the game. Back the under.

Today's game between the Brewers and Phillies features really good pitchers. Zach Eflin will take the mound for the Phillies while Corbin Burnes will head out on the mound for the Brewers. Eflin has a 3.73 xFIP in the last 30 days with 25.5% of strikeouts and 4.7% of walks. On the other hand, Burnes has had an xFIP of 3.61 in the last 30 days with 27.9% of strikeouts and 4.1% of walks. Both pitchers are elite and both lineups are striking out at a high rate against the opposition. Back the under.

At first glance, the Dodgers and White Sox have two very good pitchers on the mound. However, both lineups could be a real pain for both pitchers. Tyler Anderson will give it a go for the Dodgers. He's been terrific this season but has allowed 22.1% of line drives and has induced just 33.7% of ground balls. How long will he be able to keep his walks down below 1%? Meanwhile, Dylan Cease will be on the mound for the White Sox. He's walked 15.2% of batters in the last 30 days. The last thing you want to do is put runners on base for the Dodgers. I'll rock with the over here.
