Tigers vs. Blue Jays Line Movement

Detroit Tigers vs. Toronto Blue Jays Prediction

1u - Blue Jays 1st 5 Innings/Moneyline/Blue Jays Over 1.5 Team Total (-120) (Bet $120 to win $100)

So we made a Same-Game Parlay to reduce the juice of the normal double result. When you enter the Same-Game Parlay you will be able to find the “1st 5 Innings/Moneyline” under Innings. The over 1.5 Team Total for Toronto will be found under Game Props. The initial lean was to take Blue Jays -0.5 First 5 Innings again but the juice was over -160 and we have enough juice on today's card already. I have faded my Detroit Tigers numerous times and I can only think of one time all year that they have made me pay.

The Blue Jays just need to lead after 5 innings, win the game and score 2 runs, nothing insane. The Blue Jays are -265 favorites for a reason and all signs point to them embarrassing my squad once again. Kevin Gausman just got shelled last outing so I don’t see him getting hit like that twice in a row.

The Tigers just can’t hit righties, we went over this yesterday but its a fair point. The Tigers are now hitting a horrific .209 against righties. Despite Gausman's poor start against Minnesota in his last go around he still holds under a 3 ERA and now finds himself in the best “get right” spot the MLB has to offer.

Beau Brieske is on the mound for Detroit and he is 0-5 with a 4.93 ERA. The guy has shown flashes of having some legitimate big league stuff but has still allowed 3+ runs in 6/9 games and doesn’t go very far in games. The Blue Jays aren’t a team you can bring medicore stuff against and hope not to get hit.

Toronto hits righties at a .250 clip and has the power to make you pay, we saw that all too well last night against Elvin Rodriguez. The Tigers' only advantage is the bullpen but hopefully by then Toronto has too big of a lead for that to matter and if thats the case they’ll already have hit the 2+ runs leg to reduce the juice. The -120 odds on this seem more than fair and I’m stoked to root against my boys once more, lets roll!
