Saturday MLB Parlay Picks (+1232): A Longshot Bet You Don't Want to Miss
It’s the weekend which means that we have a full MLB slate to work with so I threw together another longshot parlay, let's break it down.
FIRST LEG: Astros F5 -0.5 -145
I am probably going to be on this separately as a straight bet as well but love the Astros today early. Verlander has simply been a cash cow all year on the F5 spread and the White Sox really struggle against power right-handed pitching. The White Sox also covered F5 yesterday before being pummeled in the sixth so I expect the Astros to be a bit more focused early here today and take a lead into the sixth inning.
SECOND LEG: Twins ML -110
The Twins got off to a good start yesterday as Buxton leadoff the game with a homer but it was pretty much all Diamondbacks after that. The Twins just couldn’t muster any offense throughout the later part of the game but I think it will be a different story today. The Dbacks are starting Luke Weaver who has not worked too many innings this year but comes into this game with a WHIP of 2.18 in just 3 2/3rds innings this season. I think the potent Twins lineup should have a much better game today and expect them to win a high-scoring affair in the desert tonight

THIRD LEG: Dodgers -1.5 +100
The Dodgers put forth an embarrassing effort last night as they were only able to score a single run on a Cody Bellinger homer early in the game and then were stifled from that point forward. The Guardians are starting Cal Quantrill today who is pretty solid but is more of a contact pitcher and I expect the Dodgers to make a lot of hard contact today against him. I think the Dodgers show some pride today and even this series up at one with a resounding win.
FOURTH LEG: Tigers ML +112
This is without a doubt the ‘scariest’ leg per day of the parlay but I think today is the day to back the tigers. The Rangers have been what I like to call a “sharp” team this season. They frequently show up and play well when they’re not expected to as underdogs like they did last night and also frequently underperform and play poorly when expected to win, as they did in game 1 before getting a clutch ninth-inning hit. Now the Rangers come into this game looking to take a third game in a row and I don’t think they’ll be able to do it as I expect the Tigers' offense to wake up against Taylor Hearn who has struggled mightily at times this season.
Saturday MLB Parlay: 4-Leg +1232 parlay (Risk 0.20u) (Bet $100 to win $1232)
1. Astros F5 -0.5 -145
2. Twins ML -110
3. Dodgers -1.5 +100
4. Tigers ML +112
